A group of four teenagers who ended up inside a video game and survived has gone their separate ways after high school. At the end of the first film, the powerful dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald was captured by the Magical Congress of America with the help of Lizard Scamander. To carry out his threat, Grindelwald escaped and began to gather a group of supporters, most of whom have no idea of his true intentions to bring pure-blooded wizards to power to rule over all non-magicians.
