For media educator

The story of The Little Mermaid, based on Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale, is familiar to many. The live-action film adaptation now being presented closely follows the plot of Disney's animated version that premiered in 1989. However, with slight changes, the classic story has been made to feel more modern even for today's audience. (Source: Koulukino)
