Boyhood is a drama film that is made extraordinary by the fact that it was shot on and off for 12 years. Filming began in the summer of 2002 in Houston, Texas, and ended in October 2013. The film is about a young boy's growth into adulthood. The learning material is aimed at 9th grades and high schools as well as vocational schools.
