Eddie the Eagle

The adventure comedy tells the story of Eddie “The Eagle” Edwards, known even to Finns, a British hill jumper who never stopped believing in himself. Even the British people lost faith in him, but with the help of his coach, he eventually managed to gather a large international fan base for himself at the 1988 Winter Olympics, where Finnish ski jumper Matti Nykänen won three Olympic gold medals.

Koulukino’s learning material deals with success, struggle, dreams, the meaning of small words and actions, movie characters, and sports heroes. The material is aimed at middle schools and upper secondary schools as well as other secondary educational institutions.

Ron’s Gone Wrong

20thCentury Studios and Locksmith Animation’s “Ron’s Gone Wrong” tells the story of Barney, a socially awkward schoolboy, and Ron, his walking, talking robot who should be “Your best friend right out of the box.”

Monsters, Inc.

Monsters live in their own town, where they generate electricity for the town by scaring children. Monsters get to the children by going through dimension gates. The most famous monsters in scaring children are two monsters called Mike and Sullivan. One day they meet an extraordinary child who has accidentally got lost in monster town and find out that there is a much more effective way of generating electricity than scaring: making children laugh. The film’s topic of generating electricity is indeed very topical. A fun touch in the movie is that monster think children are toxic and dangerous, so that even touching them could be fatal.

The film has won an Oscar in 2002 for the best score for the song “If I Didn’t Have You”.

The Boss Baby 2: Perhebisnes

Tim and Pikku-Pomo, or his little brother Ted, have grown up and drifted apart. Tim is married and has become a stay-at-home dad. Ted, on the other hand, works as a manager in the financial industry. Soon they are brought together by a new boss with a completely new vision and a dashing attitude… and ideas for a whole new family business.

Tim and his wife, Carol, who brings bread to the family table, live in the suburbs with their talented 7-year-old daughter, Tabita, and their adorable new baby, Tina. Tabitha, who is at the top of her class, admires her Uncle Ted and wants to grow up like him. Tim, who still has the same vivid imagination as when he was a child, is worried about Tabitha. One day, baby Tina reveals herself to be an undercover agent for BabyCorp (surprise!), tasked with uncovering the dark secret of Tabitha’s school founder, the mysterious Dr. Erwin Armstrong. Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile

When Primm’s family (Constance Wu, Scoot McNairy, Winslow Fegley) moves to New York City, their youngest son finds it difficult to adapt to the new school. Everything changes when he meets a singing crocodile (Shawn Mendes in the original) who lives in the attic of their new home and loves baths, caviar, and great music.

The two quickly become friends, but when existence is threatened by an evil neighbor, Mr. Grumps (Brett Gelman), must family team up with Lyle crocodile’s charismatic owner, Hector P. The Help

The film takes place in Jackson, Mississippi, USA and tells about the lives of African-American maids who worked in white homes in the early 1960s.

Jackson’s sorority girl Skeeter is an exception in her small town when she begins interviewing black women. These women have taken care of the host families’ households all their lives. At first, only Skeeter’s best friend’s family maid named Aibileen agrees to talk, but as they continue to work together, the other maids decide to open up.

The Help is a timeless, universal and touching story about friendship that crosses borders and tells that change is possible.

Extinct

Op and Ed are Flummels, animals from ancient times, which belong to Mother Nature’s strangest quirks: in appearance, they resemble donuts covered in fur. Accompanied by chance, the wild Op and the suspicious Ed go on a time travel from their home, the Galápagos Islands of 1835, to the present-day metropolis, Shanghai.

In the bustle of the concrete jungle, they hear the terrible news – shortly after their departure, the flummels have disappeared from the face of the earth and the entire species has become extinct! Op and Ed are now the last of their race, and they must find a way to save the Flummels from certain destruction. A new acquaintance, a dashing little dog Clarence, offers to help them. Chickenhare and the Hamster of Darkness

Kanakan’s biggest dream is to become an adventurer like his father. When the king’s evil brother Arvid threatens to seize power, Kanakani sees his chance. With his loyal friend Hugo the turtle and Meri the skunk who becomes his guide, he goes in search of the lost hamster scepter of doom, which gives its bearer incredible powers. To save the kingdom, they must get their hands on the scepter before the evil Uncle Arvid finds it.
