The Pursuit of Happyness

When Chris’s girlfriend Linda leaves him, Chris becomes a single parent to his son, Christopher. However, Chris’s determination is ultimately rewarded when he secures an unpaid internship in an incredibly competitive stockbroker training program, which only one out of twenty interns passes. But because Chris has no income, he is evicted from his apartment with his son, and father and son are forced to sleep on the streets, in homeless shelters, and even behind the locked doors of a subway station restroom. With his self-confidence and the love and trust of his son, Chris Gardner overcomes the hardships and rises to become a legend on Wall Street.

Transformers One

Transformers One (2024) is the first fully computer-animated Transformers movie, telling the origin story of Optimus Prime (formerly Orion Pax) and Megatron (formerly D-16). Before becoming enemies, they were close friends, but a growing conflict between them led to the creation of the Autobots and Decepticons, marking a turning point in Cybertron’s history.

The film explores themes of friendship, betrayal, and the fight for justice. Its voice cast includes Chris Hemsworth as Optimus and Brian Tyree Henry as Megatron.

Transformers One is part of the Transformers film series, but it stands alone as an origin story, focusing on Optimus Prime and Megatron’s early lives before their iconic rivalry.
