In a sympathetic feel-good movie Mary Poppins Returns, super babysitter Maija Poppanen helps the new generation of the Panki family struggling with financial difficulties. In addition to childcare and song numbers, the film deals with big topics - financial distress, the death of a parent, workers' rights, etc. - but it is done in such a way that even a small child can keep up with the events.
