Journalist Eero Tyrni from the Iltapäivä newspaper is in Austria to cover a story about ski jumper Teemu Kimpilä. However, Kimpilä’s jumps fail, and he disappears from the scene. Left wondering about his whereabouts are his third wife Sari, his sponsors, the Finnish Ski Association, and the Finnish public. Tyrni is tasked with finding out where Kimpilä has vanished.
