Veteran Will is desperately trying to find the money to pay for his wife’s hospital bills. He turns to the one person he really shouldn’t — his adoptive brother, Danny. Danny is a professional criminal, and he offers Will a chance to take part in the biggest bank heist in Los Angeles history, with the potential to make millions. With his wife’s life on the line, Will feels he has no choice.

The escape from the bank goes completely wrong. In a desperate move, the brothers hijack an ambulance carrying a wounded police officer and paramedic Cam Thompson. What follows is a high-speed chase, during which Will and Danny must survive — and keep their hostages alive.
